Step 1
Mix the yeast and sugar with two tablespoons of warm water until it forms a foam.

Add the flour, salt, yogurt, water, and yeast mixture in a mixing bowl. Knead the dough and let it ferment for 45 minutes.

Divide the dough into circles and let it rest for 10 minutes.

In a small bowl, mix the oil, garlic, and coriander.

Flatten the dough slightly, then place the mozzarella cheese in the middle. Fold the edges of the dough over the cheese to cover it, gently flatten it with a rolling pin to make a round disk.

Place the baking tray on medium heat, brush it with melted butter, and start toasting the bread on it.

Finally, brush the bread with the garlic oil.
