Step 1
Mix all the ingredients together and let the mixture ferment for 30 minutes. Afterward, sprinkle some FOOM flour on a clean surface.

Roll out the dough and cut it into circles using a cutter.

Fry some dough circles in hot and abundant oil.

Take the remaining circles and place them in an oven tray, brushing them with milk.

Using the air fryer, place the tray at 220 degrees Celsius, both on top and bottom, for only five minutes.

Take it out and pour honey or condensed milk on top of the cheesecake. Enjoy!
