Step 1
It’s important that all the room-temperature ingredients, such as eggs, butter, and milk, are at room temperature.

Mix all the dry ingredients together – flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt – and blend them well.

In another bowl, mix the liquid ingredients – eggs, milk, sugar, and vanilla – thoroughly.

Combine the dry ingredients into the liquid mixture and blend well until the flour disappears but some lumps remain.

Heat the skillet moderately, not too hot to avoid sticking. Pour the batter until the bottom turns golden, then flip and brown the other side.

Serve hot with pancake syrup and butter. Enjoy your meal!
