Step 1
To prepare the dough:Combine the flour and salt in a bowl. Gradually add water until the dough forms.

Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let it rest in a warm place for 30 minutes.

To prepare the dish:Heat oil in a pot over medium heat. Add onions and garlic, sauté until the onions are translucent.

Add the meat, mixed spices, cumin, and paprika. Sauté until the meat browns, then add the tomatoes and tomato sauce. Cook until the mixture thickens.

Pour in enough water to cover the meat. Add black lime and let it simmer until the meat is nearly cooked. Add the vegetables.

Divide the dough into equal balls and roll each out on a floured surface. Gradually add them into the simmering mixture.

Once all the dough is in the pot, use a spoon to gently push the dough into the broth without mashing the vegetables or meat. Serve it hot in a serving dish.
