Step 1
To prepare the crepes:Whisk the eggs with salt, black pepper, and milk. Gradually add the flour until the crepe batter becomes homogeneous.

Heat a non-stick pan on the stove, grease it with oil, pour 2 to 3 spoonfuls of the crepe batter onto it, flip it as soon as it solidifies and starts to dry. Continue making the rest of the crepes.

To prepare the filling:In a pan on the stove, add a spoonful of oil and sauté the onion until it becomes translucent. Then add the chicken and stir well until cooked.

Add salt, pepper, vinegar, and soy sauce. Let it cook for about two minutes, then turn off the heat.

Spread ketchup and mayonnaise on the crepes, fill them with the prepared chicken filling, and serve the chicken crepes while hot.
